Turn Key Construction

We oversee and manage all of the construction on your lot. Work with our team in choosing one of our home designs, make any requested changes, and we will do the rest. We will provide weekly photo-recaps so you will see the progress from the comfort of your home. When it is complete, we will hand you the keys and you can enjoy your home immediately (we will even purchase furniture and appliances for you if you want).

The process starts with choosing a home design from our available designs or work with our architect and design your own dream home. (we do not currently have a mandatory build time so you can take your time and build when it fits your schedule).

Once you choose your design, the finishes (granite counters or ceramic?) and paint colors, we will handle everything. We file all the necessary permits, schedule all inspections, and make it very Costa Rica home building easy for our clients. We provide weekly recaps with photos and descriptions of the week’s progress on your home.

We have select home models available to choose from, in addition to custom design and build the house of your dreams. Also, there is no mandatory timeline to construct your home in paradise. Once your home is built, our property management program ensures that your asset is protected and well kept – whether or not you choose to have us offer your villa for rent to make additional income or not.
