New Property Manager Makes Owning and Renting Easier

We are proud to announce the newest member of the Las Villas de San Buenas team, Jennifer Ivey! Jennifer is part of a new property management company that will soon be making a big impact in the area – Osa Property Management.

Osa Property Management and Jennifer are our new Property Managers and they oversee all of our homes in Las Villas de San Buenas. Additionally, she assists our guests and visitors in check-in/check-out, answering questions about their vacation and making sure our homeowners’ homes are always in great shape.

Jennifer has spent almost three years in the San Buenaventura/Punta Mala/Ojochal area of Costa Rica and is extremely well-informed about the area. She has over 10 years of project management and construction management experience in Costa Rica and in Canada.
