Mr. Nick Halverson is in charge of all day-to-day operations, sales, marketing and management of Las Villas de San Buenas. Nick led the team who purchased this piece of property back in 2007 and knows the history of the entire project from beginning to today.

Nick has lived and worked in the USA, New Zealand, Australia and Costa Rica, and has literally traveled around the world including sojourns to Pakistan, India and Malaysia.

Prior to focusing on Costa Rica real estate, Nick worked for a USA based entrepreneur and was involved with brand building with several large multinational companies assisting with their sports marketing strategies (Castrol, Walmart, Fujifilm).

He also worked at OnStar division of General Motors (market research) and Lazard Investment Bank (mergers and acquisitions).

Nick earned his Bachelor’s degree from Cornell University (Ithaca, NY, USA) in Applied Economics and Management and his MBA from Indiana University – Kelley School of Business (USA).
